IMS2008 - Atlanta
A big thank you to all attendees of the 2008 IMS. Atlanta had more than 9200 visitors representing over 540 companies, and 2500 technical attendees from in the Wireless and Microwave field. We hope you enjoyed the sights and sounds Atlanta provided as the setting for this years Microwave week. We were especially focused on the overall attendee experience this year, and hope you found time to make it out to at least one of the daily social events, if you were not to busy loading songs on your new i-pod.
I would be remiss if I did not give my most sincere thanks to the fine group of volunteers that formed the 2008 Steering Committee, providing the backbone for planning and execution of such a multi-faceted event.
It has been an honor for me to serve the microwave community. I look forward to seeing you all next year in Boston.
